Patch Targets now have an additional sub account. The Average Block Count provides a metric describing the average number of blocks in a patch for each patch class. This account is useful when there is a need to restrict the composition of patches. For example, consider the case where patch size classes 20 hectares or less may be composed of any number of block parts, but patch size classes larger than 20 hectares may only be composed of a single block.
Along with the new sub account an additional column is shown in the BlockStore that details the number of blocks in each patch.
Minor changes and fixes:
Improved the formatting of the Scenario Set summarizes to make them easier to read.
Fix up the account flow chart to add the MultiplyTarget and to correct minor errors.
Fix up the Network Cost Report and Route Reports so that they have correct per unit volumes and correct labels.
