In the Woodstock translator allow theme values that start with numbers. Previously the translator assumed that theme values would start with an alphabetic character.

Correct the interpretation of the _MAXAGE symbol in the Woodstock translator. When _MAXAGE is used in the @AGE qualifier of an output statement, it used to restrict the selection to be up to the maximum age range. In Patchworks do not specify the maximum age limit, this is implied by the breakup rules.
